CLI to bootstrap a new Feal project. Built with Typescript.

Introduction
This tool main purpose is to be the initializer new projects with the Feal boilerplate. In the future it will be possible to generate files such as Controllers and Middlewares.
Available for every operative system trough npm.
Installation
Simply use npm to install, like so:
$ npm install -g feal
Usage
Start a new project
$ feal init my-project-name
